    i do not know how to knit at all but i have seen patterns for these for sale on etsy.

    Composites = Photoshopped!  Two shots combined with adult's hand edited out.  Safety comes first. :)

    Hanging, head propped up on hands, squatting in wrap, anything that looks a bit unnatural!

    For free knitting patterns, look on ravelry.com.  I know I've seen knitted pouches for babies before.
