Awww - thanks! I'm blushing!
I bought the book at Michael's and affixed those few stickers which I also picked up there. I then bought a book of scrapbook paper in the same 8x8 size. The template came from younghouselove.com, and then I just formatted it to meet my needs. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. GL!
