Middle name For Christopher?

We find out what we are having next week. My husband is not helping with names until we find out for sure. He hates making decisions His name is Christopher so we would like to use this name if we have a boy. We are just having trouble on a name to actually call the baby. Any suggestions?

If you're not going to call him Christopher then why not make that his middle name & come up with a different first name?

Either way would work for me. I'm just having trouble coming up with a name. I like Cooper and Ryan but my DH isn't so crazy about them.

I like Ryan Christopher or Christopher Ryan. I agree with pp that if you aren't going to call him Christopher you should go with the name you'll call him as the fn. Cooper doesn't go well with Christopher imo.

namefanatic, you have a good point. My first child (4 1/2)is named after my previous husband and his grandfather. All three have the first name William. I would rather his name (which is his middle name) be called out loud at the doctor's office. he never knows when he's being called.
