1. Using a bib? When he started to repeatedly pull it off. Maybe 12 months.
2. Using the tray on the high chair (space saver) and just use the table? Or switch to a booster? We just switched from a traditional high chair with the tray to a booster (with straps) and he sits at the table. Like a month ago.
3. Using sippys and do cups? We are still sippy cups all the way. I think he's going to go to college with them the way this kid throws drinks around.
I haven't used a bib in at least 2-3 months. When Garrison was still willing to be fed and was eating purees or yogurt or something messy like that I really tried to be good about it but my MIL NEVER used a bib so half the time her clothes would be ruined by the time she got home for dinner anyway. Now she just doesn't (usually) eat things that make too much of a mess.
We are still using the tray but I've been considering just using the table soon.
We still use sippies. Otherwise we use a cup with a straw, she can use a regular cup but.....could be dangerous ; )

1. Using a bib? The twins pull their bibs off- have done it since about 12mo... so it's rare they use one anymore.
2. Using the tray on the high chair (space saver) and just use the table? Or switch to a booster? still use the trays with the twins - makes life easier... no plans to stop any time soon. Griffin was about 2.5 when he stopped using the high chair.
3. Using sippys and do cups? Griffin started using open cups around 3y/o but only at the dinner table - if it's in the livingroom it's in a sippy cup still- so i'm not cleaning spills. At daycare he started using an open cup around 2y/o- so he has known how for a while- i just don't like having spills
1- We still use a bib many days and most days it is Patrick himself who requests it (weird).
2- When he stopped wanting to sit in the booster, we took it out and he sat right at the table on a chair. I can't remember when we stopped usin the space saver.
3-He started to use a cup right before he turned 2 but sometimes we still do a sippy. We frequently do a straw cup in public. He usually demands "no top" on his cups.
Most things have all been Patrick-led in this house.

1. Probably around 10-12 months, but we still try to use one if she's eating yogurt/applesauce/soup/etc. She does really well with a spoon, but is still messy with runny foods.
2. We use a chair/booster that attaches to our table, so she eats from a plate on the table. It doesn't have a tray.
3. She love to take sips from my water, so I let her practice that way, but we definitely still use sippys for milk.
After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!
1. Using a bib? We use bibsters at school but nothing at home and on the weekends.
2. Using the tray on the high chair (space saver) and just use the table? Or switch to a booster? A year and a half we switched to boosters
3. Using sippys and do cups? Due to Katies speech issues we had to give up sippy cups and use straw cups or regular drinking cups so we bought those toddlers cups and they do well with those, so age 2.
twin girls after 43 months of TTC..
Katherine Emily (5 lbs 12 oz 19 1/4 in) and Karly Elizabeth (5lbs 7 oz 19 in)
!!My bio!!!!My Blog!!
Is it pathetic that I can't remember to answer ANY of these?
I will say that I kept them in bibs longer than I should have.
I just hated cleaning up the mess and LOVED that our plastic bibs had the cup at the bottom to catch all the dropped stuff.
We skipped the high chair all together with #2 as I much preferred the booster. Took the tray off as soon as they were tall enough to eat at the table. Again.... more mess on the table and less on the floor.
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Bib, I gave up around a year. When she made a mess, the bib just wasn't enough to keep it from getting on her clothes, so if she does, I just change her shirt.
We moved to a wooden high chair like they have in restaurants at about 9 months because she wanted to be at the table. At about 13 months she just sat on a booster on on her knees on a chair up at the table.
We used cups from 10 months on.
