I'm gonna be annoying until it happens...ask me anything! For starters, I am 26, love the color yellow, hate sushi, college grad, and as of today: a HOMEOWNER!! well, at least we're under contract right now.

Okay let me just say that I think that we are so not the norm. We started looking 2 weeks and the house we put an offer on we found the first day. But we weren't convinced so I think we saw close to 15 houses in over the last two weeks. After our last day out last Friday we kept coming back to this one particular house. Monday morning we made our offer. Monday afternoon the bank countered and we accepted. Tuesday the bank officially accepted our offer and put it through to Fannie Mae and this morning FM accepted. SO FREAKING FAST!! We close March 4th...so so so happy!!

I am in the process. I've been looking on and off for a while because I only want to bother with it if I get a really good deal... We put in an offer yesterday and the bank pulled a "we have more than one offer, please came with your highest and best," and we haven't decided what to do. It's a pain!
OMG I am obsessed with Knocked Up. I can watch it every day and never get tired of it.
Colorado is AMAZING!! I have traveled around and been to just about every state and CO is by far the best. I was born and raised here. I've also moved around the entire start and the front range in my favorite (think north of denver).
The house is a 2 story single family home with an unfinished basement. 4beds, 3 baths. I'm in love!
I have 2 dogs, a greyhound and an aussie shep. DH hates cats.

I work full time, but in the evenings so I kind of consider myself a SAHM who works. It is the perfect schedule. I get all day with DS.
yeah that is tough!! we were also lucky that no one else was bidding with us. even though it happened so fast, I certainly believe in going with your gut. So good luck in your search!
