TTC After a Loss

How often do you shave your legs?

I don't know how to do a clicky poll. sorry.

In the summer, I prob shave every other day or every third day.

In the winter, not so much. Embarrassed Since I go to the gym 4-5 times a week I shave once a week, maybe twice, but if I didn't go to the gym I wouldn't shave that much.

I hate shaving! If I was rich I'd get electrolosis.

Re: How often do you shave your legs?

  • Shaving in winter? Pfft.

Feel bad for my DH, I don't unless I wear shorts or a skirt that isn't long (which is rare) so...uh...yep, call me Sasquash. Though honestly, my hair is pretty light and thin on my legs so...DH doesn't really notice if I do or not.

  • DH was recently OOT for two weeks and I didn't shave my legs the whole time... heck I didn't even notice they were hairy until he asked me how my winter coat was holding up Stick out tongue

I do shave regularly in the summer...

  • Every day, unless DH is out of town and I'm definitely wearing pants, which isn't that often.

I have pretty light hair (one of the few blessings of being ridiculously pale) but I hate the spiky feeling when it grows in.

  • I try to do a light/quick shave every day.  DH makes fun of me if I have hairy legs and I hate the spiky feeling.

I usually take a long bath on Sunday evenings and do a good shave that night.

  • Maybe and thats maybe once every other week the pits twice a week in the winter.  And in the summer almost every day.

  • For me it depends more on if I have to work that day or not. So on the weekdays I never shave and on weekends I do. Unless I happen to get up earlier than normal. Luckily summer break means I shave every other day so that makes DH happy!

  • I'm mixed and have dark hair so if I go too long I feel totally gross.

In the summer I shave every day and in the winter I shave about every other day. Anytime AF is in town, I take a shave break :)

Edit: Oh and I shave my underarms every day because that hair seems to grow like crazy.

  • Umm I feel totally gross and want to go shave right now. I don't remember the last time I shaved. I rarely wear shorts. I have scars on my legs from vasculidous (sp?) when I was a senior in H.S. My poor husband. He never says anything about it. I guess I could try to shave a little more. I just don't like the way it feels when it grows back. It really itches!

  • I shave every day.  And...if I showered in the morning and worked out or something at night, I will shave again.  I hate the prickly feeling, makes me nuts.

  • Can't stand the itchy prickly feeling.  I'm an every day'er.
  • Maybe every 1-2 weeks in the winter and once or twice a week in the summer.  I have pretty light hair and hairy legs don't bother me.

This exactly.  I have really soft light hair on my legs and DH doesn't complain so I don't worry about it.

  • Yeah.... I let it go until it's soft.  DH makes comments every now and again.  My skin just gets so dry and itchy during the winter and shaving makes it way worse.  I would also get it lasered off if I could afford it.

  • I used to pluck them when I was in high school so now I have weird patches of baldness on my legs. I'll shave on the weekends when I can afford the time, and maybe a quick one or two in between if I'm going to be wearing a skirt.
