Ugh...stuck at work because of weather

So in case you didn't hear, we are getting slammed in NOVA with blizzard like conditions. I am the Assistant Director of a preschool and I am stuck here with about 10 children. I just ran across the street to Moe's to get quesidillas for everyone.

 I have some parents that literally work 7 miles away and have been trying to get here for the last 3.5 hours.

Some parents are tsill in their parking garage trying to get here. It's going to be a loooong night.

    Oh, you poor thing.  It just took me two hours and I had to walk the last mile.  It was scary as he!! out there.  I hope you all keep power, I am sure we are going to lose it.  Those power lines are all hanging.

    Adam is on his way home from Richmond right now and is 11 miles from our house in NOVA.  I talked to him about an hour ago and he was 15 miles away.  Its ugly here!
