I dont have any links but I have had the best luck with beginning photographers that I found on craigslist looking to build thier portfolio. I got my first maternity pics (year ago) by a college student for $30. They turned out amazing!!! I have a sister in law who is starting her photography biz...i could give you her email if your interested in an affordable beginner photographer. she did my 3 week old son's birth announcement pics. They were fabulous.

Brian Rupp - https://bryanruppphotography.com/ He did my wedding and my maternity shoot. He might be considered spendy, but you get all of the rights to your pics.

I had mine done by JMJ photography out of Salem ... and she does these great "Picture parties". You host them at your place, and invite people to come. She charges no session fee at them, $11 a sheet, or 10 poses on a disc for $100.00 ($10.00 more per pose after the 10). The disc is nice so you can go to Costco and print as many pics and sizes as you want for much cheaper than ordering prints! If you host the party, you get one free sheet for each customer you bring. So you can invite all of your friends and family to get some pics done. She brought all the baby hats and a big bean bag and soft blankets for the LO. Here are a few from our shoot:

We had ours done by Lydene Robertson in Vancouver -- she is so great!! She frequently runs contests and mini-sessions so we've had several follow-up shoots with her and have already booked her for the NB sessions after #3 arrives!

Robin Long Photography in Salem. It is a bit pricey, but I know she can work with you on a payment plan. She is an award winning photographer and her work is beyond exceptional. I am trying to save up for a session because I love her work! Just check it out!

AMAZING!!!!! She did our maternity pictures yesterday.... but I will be going back once my baby is born... I know many people who have gone to her... She is PERFECT!!! She used to be a photographer in London and did magazine covers, and shot a few covers for Rolling Stone!
