Spaghetti and meat sauce with a salad for me. DH picked up OT tonight and won't be home, so I can get my Italian fix (he doesn't like anything with tomato anything excpet pizza).
Bbq chicken in the crockpot & baked potatoes = how do you make this??
I am makings shrimp and rice
We just throw a couple frozen chicken breast tenderloins in the crockpot with some bbq sauce in the morning, and let it cook on warm all day. Super easy.
If I make it to the grocery store we will have rachael ray's Indian summer Turkey chili! If not, we will have Salmon ( I have some frozen from costco), rice, and a veggie!
Tonight we are having bakes ziti was ground turkey> Yesterday we had beef stew in the crockpot and tomorrow we are having french dip sandwiches in the crockpot. I am really trying to use the crockpot as much as I possibly can.
I work nights so tonight is leftover pasta salad I made yesterday before work....
DW is having whatever my mom cooked for dinner and sends home with her when she picks up Ky.....
Oh that sounds so sad.
I'm a little jealous, not even gonna lie, about the thought of a homecooked meal that someone ELSE makes for me. I want something delicious and not lame. *sigh*

Dh is cooking: Boca burger for me, and a turkey burger for himself. We were going to have steamed asparagus for the side but we discovered they went bad, so it will be salad instead.
Pork chops with gravy (possibly with mushrooms in it if DH remembers to pick themup on his way home), mashed taters and corn Or I may make a cajun-y style pork chop. I throw a bunch of spices on my meat before I cook it. We'll see which ones I grab tonight

Oh no fair, that sounds sooo good. We don't have one in our town and the nearest one to us is an hour and a half away
I am making mushroom onion swiss cheese smothered chicken breasts with asparagus and salad.
I NEED to know how to make this! I love to cook on the nights I am home and it sound delicious!
Okay well it's pretty easy......... I just take 2 chicken breast and cut them in half thickness wise, so you have 4 thinner breast pieces. I put mine in my cast iron skillet with a little water and olive oil and cook on medium untill they are brown on both sides. Cut up 1 onion into strips, put into skillet with chicken. You can use canned or fresh mushroom (I have used both, whatever I have at the moment) put in a can(or 2) or a package of fresh mushrooms into skillet with chicken and onions. cook just untill onion are done to your taste (I like mine a little more crisp than completely done) turn your heat down to low and put a slice of swiss cheese on each chicken breast (the onions and mushroom should be all over the chicken so they get covered with cheese too!) YUM YUM, we love this dish!
I Could never fully understand the statement "they grow so fast" untill you came into my life!

I used to love when my MIL watched DD1 and we got dinner to go from her! lol. It could be worse!
Come on down!
It's really nothing too exciting. It's a weight watchers recipe but it tastes pretty good.

That's even better! I shouldn't be eating "real" dessert anyway!
