WTH, come on already!

I woke up around 3am with painful contractions.  They were about a minute long and around 5 minutes apart, but slowed down before the hour mark.  About a half hour after they slowed down, the intensity and frequency would pick up again.  Around 6:30am, my stomach was just hard as a rock but no pain.  I hate getting my hopes up then being shot down.  Since I woke up about 45 minutes ago, I have only had one painful contraction.  Maybe TMI, but once in the middle of the night when I got up to move around during contractions I thought my water had broke, but I am fairly positive it was just a gush of lovely discharge.  The joys of having 10 days left until EDD.
