LO grinding teeth

Anyone else's LO do this?  Is it bad for her teeth?  I don't even know if I could stop her, even if I wanted to.  It sounds horrendous.

    Ugh! LO is doing this as well.  It is like chalk on a blackboard to me.  I am trying to not react because I do not want her to think it is a game.
