$15 Enfamil rebate

I just found an Enfamil rebate form for $15 on purchases through 12/31/10, if anyone kept their receipts and wants to use it. You had to have purchased either two cans of premium powder 23.4 oz or larger, or eight cans of Enfamil Premium 32 oz ready to use formula. It needs to be postmarked by Jan. 31.
