I have this awful pooch of skin that kind of hangs over my scar ( gross, I know- sorry).
I have been exercising and can tell that things are starting to tighten up in other areas, but this "pooch" for lack of a better word is just sitting there mocking me.
Does it ever go away?
Re: Does the C-section "pooch" ever go away?

Sigh...
OK, I can do it. I hate it though- even at my heaviest weights I have always had a flat belly. This sucks.

Mine's still there a bit but it's definitely gotten better with time!

I have no shame. I just took this. Here's my pooch, after almost a year. One of these days I will exercise again, and stop eating so much cheese....
