Tough night for us with DD. :(

DD's fever got up to 103.4 yesterday at one point. Kinda scary!  However I took her to the dr and she said it's NOT her ears and not her throat. So the flu or some sort of virus. Anyway she was up at 9:30 and just would NOT go back to sleep. Crying alot which is pretty unusual for her. So I did something I've never done before. Kicked DH out of the bed and let DD sleep with me. I was glad I did because she was up a lot and it was nice to be right there for her but I hope I'm not starting a bad habit. I guess I feel like she deserves some special treatment since she's sick...

At one point I thought maybe we were over the hump because at around 3:00 I woke up to her blowing raspberries for about 5 mins straight but her fever is up again this morning. Shoot!

I hope this doesn't go on much longer. She has to get better at some point right?

    Hope she feels better soon! I wouldn't worry about starting a bad habit. She probably enjoyed the closenesssnice she isn't feeling good.

    I hope she gets better soon! I'm sure resting up with you will help her since there is less fussing time between cuddles. I bring my DD into bed with me too occasionally, and it hasn't started a habit here yet.

    My DD2 had that last week. Took her to the pedi's and everything was clean and clear. Her fever finally broke the morning of the third day. It started Tues afternoon and I was soo happy when it broke Fri morning!!
