f/u stomach pain..

So, I don't have an ectopic pg which I am very thankful for. He did find a small cyst on my right ovary but said that it was consistent with ovulation and that it couldn't be the cause of the pain. My OB told me I might have gastritis (sp) or the flu? I know I don't have the flu, but he said it was possible. If the pain persists or gets worse I am supposed to either go to the ER or see a general practitioner. I really don't want to go to the ER for nothing but at the same time I don't want to wait for something to go really wrong.

Stupid body.

    I have had gastritis and it can be painful. Mylanta is the BEST for that! I would also drink tons of water and I enjoyed alot of Sonic slushies to ease the tummy aches. But I wonder if it is your gallbladder? Mine's flaring up, look up the symptoms of gallstones, GL!

    I think my Dr. also said I had Gastritis.  I was getting these really bad pains in my stomache especially after eating salty foods and the only thing that would make it feel better was Tums.  He prescribed 2 week regime of Prilosec and it went away.  I don't know if it's the same as what you have been feeling but don't go to the ER just schedule an appointment with your Dr. to see what it might be.
