Most of the day. She's not normally just looking around though, she's fussy often. She sleeps in 20 minute cat naps usually.
I'd say from 7am-10pm she takes one good 2ish hour nap on a good day, perhaps one or 2 1 hour naps if I'm really lucky and then it's nap for 5-20 minutes, fuss and suck on my finger or her fingers for 5-20 minutes, stare around for 5-10 minutes, rinse and repeat all day. I end up holding her most of the day because she fusses really fast if I put her down anywhere for more than 5-10 minutes unless it's first thing in the morning, then I can get her to play on her activity mat for 25-40 minutes.

This is pretty much our situation too. We don't have a lot of awake and CALM time, and she only naps probably twice a day for 2 hours max each and the rest is cat napping off and on between screaming fits.
