funny, I was literally just daydreaming today about living somewhere, just for a year or something, where we walked a couple blocks to the beach EVERY single day. that's all we did. just me and ava and a couple buckets. and we were both so brown we didn't even wear sunscreen.
but it's wasn't somewhere super fancy or exotic, is was the super scrappy beaches of Sihanoukville Cambodia or somewhere in Viet Nam. Ava would run off with the village kids and I would sit with the ladies and look at their wares and gossip about the men. They would once again be in awe of the blond hair on my arms, and comment how "muscular" they were. lol.
(we kinda did that for 4 months in 2006, but obviously I didn't have Ava, and it was a new beach every week, but it was sooooo cool. esp at nite when we'd wander around and eat "pizza" and meet up with who we saw at the beach that day. Le sigh.)

A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Well I sort of do live in a tropical climate..South Fla suburbs of Fort Lauderdale...Weather is lovely in the Winter (not today, it has been rainy and cold) usually November-May..
But the SUMMERS suck major A$$...Try over a 100 degrees with 100% humidity..Its horrible..I will/would give my left hand to move back to MA during the summer months..
we have been playing the "let's move to a warmer climate" game for weeks now. it's even more depressing how much further our dollars could go in the warmer cities we like.
Re: I am going to move to a tropical Island - anyone want to come?
