High BP episode?

I was eating dinner with my parents when my dad noticed I was bright red.  I also noticed that my hands felt like they were swelling up so my mom made me take my BP.  It was 130/70 and 136/63 on the other side which is definitely on the high side for me.  My mom wanted me to call the doctor but I waited about 10 minutes and took it again and it had gone down to 115/73.  I dont really have any other symptoms except that my knees feel kind of weak when I'm walking.

Is this something to call the doctor about?  I didnt think it was an emergency so I didnt want to call the on-call doc tonight.  Should I call tomorrow or just mention it at my appt on Thursday?

    I would call tonight.  Its not that late, and that's what the oncall doc is for.  Hopefully it will just be a quick conversation of reassurance.  But you never know!  :)
