I'm thinking of making some grilled shrimp and asparagus (with a ton of french bread on the side)... if I can find the shrimp on sale. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.

I made a traditional Newfoundland "Jiggs Dinner" Stuffed Chicken (homemade dressing), potatoes, salt beef and turnip (rutabaga) with gravy!! Big Smile

(I forgot to buy carrots and cabbage!!)

Now I want to make large pancakes and roll them up with cream cheese, blueberries, and top them with whipped cream.

I have no idea. DH is at work until later and I don't know what I want! I think I'll end up making some sort of breakfasty meal, like French toast or something.
