At home he takes is first nap about 2-2.5 hrs after he wakes up (usually around 9-9:30) and then another around 2-3 or so. his naps are usually 1-1.5 hrs long.

Similar, but they are shifting more to lunch (11-1) and later afternoon (3-4 maybe 4:30). Sometimes he does a three hour mid-day and then a 45 minute one late afternoon. We don't do a set nap schedule...just follow his sleepy cues. Bedtime is usually 8ish and he is an early riser.
At just shy of ten months old, her nap schedule is 9 a.m and 1p.m.
The morning nap is usually about an hour. The afternoon nap goes anywhere from an hour to three, depending on what's going on with her.
She's teething, and we have just now ran into the separation anxiety issues over the past weekish. But that schedule seems to be what her own internal clock wants to do no matter what.
Re: Your 10 month old naps
At daycare, he doesn't hardly sleep at all.

wake up at 7
1st nap 9-10
2nd nap 12-?? (1-2 hours)
bedtime 5
We are trying to transition away from 2 naps for daycare since it's easier for my mom if she sleeps at the same time as N.
So we're working on 1 nap for about 3 hours from 1:30-4ish
