Intro
Hi guys. I am Michelle, a mom of 13 month old twin girls. We are on cycle three of trying to concieve again. We are in the two week wait. It took us over two years of officially trying and 6 years of no protection to concieve my girls. I have endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and a high FSH, so time is of the essence for us. The only protection we have used since the girls were born was depo to keep the endo under control until we knew we were ready to try again, which caused me to have disfunctional uterine bleeding for 9 weeks. Then the OB insisted I go on the pill for 8 ( I only did 5) weeks to stop the bleeding and allow the Uterine lining to thicken as it was unable to support a pregnancy after bleeding so long. We are hoping to not need intervention this time. I concieved the girls after LAP surgery to remove endo, bilateral ovarian cyst, uterine polyps, and a d&c, then one round of clomid did the trick.

Dx: Hyperprolactinemia and Unexplained
Parlodel 2.5 mg (1 Tab M,W,F; 1/2 tab the other days); Folic Acid; Prenatals
All 5 Clomid cylces resulted in BFN; no more Clomid.
Laparoscopy Scheduled 1/11/11: Path report showed minor inflammation and infection.
3/30/11 Biopsy results: cervial and endometrial pathologies normal; one pathology came back abnormal with 5 rare cells from the endometritis
