infant classes

Since DD will soon be 6 months, I am looking to enroll her in classes. We are in Raleigh.  Depending on the quality of class, I am willing to commute to Durham or Chapel Hill. 

I just registered us for sign language classes, but I was also thinking about a foreign language as well.   Other ideas are music, art, tot time for physical activity.

 We attended one Gymboree music class, and I was really not overly impressed.

Please recommend any classes in the area that would be suitable for a 6 month old.
