Clomid, Estradiol, AND Prometrium

I apologize for the duplicate post if you also go on the trouble TTC board...But for some reason I seem to get responses over here much faster. :-)

Quick question ladies...My first month on meds (October) my doctor prescribed 50mg of Clomid days 5-9...and it worked like magic, BFP for me.  Unfortunately I miscarried.  Now in January my first month TTC post m/c, the doctor still had me on 50 mg Clomid days 5-9, this time horrible headaches and symptoms of overstimulated ovaries. :-(  However, with CD1 today the doctor has increased my Clomid to 100mg days 3-7, 2mg Estradiol days 8-12, and Prometrium days 17-28 (or end of 1st trimester).  I have done some reading on Estradiol and it appears there are a LOT of really bad side effects...Have any of you taken Estradiol?  What experiences or s/e did you have?  Anyone taken this combination of meds?  What were your experiences or s/e?  If it makes a difference, I have PCOS...TIA

    i have no experience with those drugs, i just wanted to wish you luck!

    i do know that major changes in your body can effect how you react to medications

    Do you know if estradiol is the same as estrace (tiny blue pill)?  If if is then yes, I have taken this combo once in the past and just finished the clomid and started estrace yesterday.  Last time I didn't have any negative side effects at all with any.  I got PG the first time but sadly lost that one at almost 8W.  The loss didn't have anything to do with the meds though.

    August 2010 - Met with RE. HSG - all clear. 2 weeks later - BFP #1
    9.25.10 - Natural m/c at 6.5W
    November 2010 - Clomid + IUI - BFP #2
    12.17.10 - d&c at 8W
    Feb 2011 - Clomid + IUI. 2.14.11- BFP #3! Hoping third times the charm!
