OMG...he cannot be awake right now

Jacob woke up at 5:40 this morning.  Waaaaayyyyy too early.  He's been waking early for the past month or so.  It really sucks.

And the best part is that his naps are getting crappier too.  I put him down a little after 1 and he's already awake.  Less than 90 minutes, where his naps used to be 2-3 hours.

Come on, kid.  You need more sleep and Mama needs more of a break.  Where did this crappy sleeper come from?  :)

    Oh- so it's not just in our house?  I used to boast about having a kid who slept until 8:30-9am.  Now we are lucky if we see a 7 on the alarm clock.  His naps are pretty much non-existant and bedtime is a series of finding him around the house, scooping him back up and putting him back to bed.  Repeat x10-20 before he falls asleep.  I used to have the perfect sleeper.  I will never boast about anything ever again...

    Sad I feel your pain - DD will only nap 30min-1hr (2 if we are lucky, but it's been as long as 3 before) when I have her. My sister sits for us when we go to work & tell me why DD sleeps better for her than us!

    you did better than I did! mama got a 'NO nap' day today (after being up at 6:30 am.)

    we're going through the crappy sleeper phase too -- I feel your pain! I hope it's temporary for both of us.
