2nd or 3rd time mommies

So quick question for those of you that have had more than one child.

Did your second come sooner? Everyone says that it can, and I asked my Ob and she said if I didn't go early with the first then I probably won't with the second. I am convinced she is coming early but I think I am just being paranoid.

FYI I measured 38wks at my 35 wk appt today.

    third baby has already been in there 1 day longer than my second was!  I actually feel pretty good but everyone keeps calling me to see if I'm in labor simply because baby #2 came earlier- it's starting to drive me a little crazy!

    First baby at 37 w 5 d.  I was only 1-2 cm and 80% effaced when my water broke. She was born 9 hours later.

    I am 37 w 5d with this one today... I've been 3cm+ for over a week, and am 70% effaced. nothing yet! Oh, and I'm measuring 43 weeks now!

    My first, I was 38wks and 4days.

    Second, I was 37wks 1day. 

    This one.... well, I'm 39wks on Thurs, so... lol 

    And, I was only having irregular contractions with no.1 for a day before I went into real labor, and suddenly at 5cm I stopped dilating though was in real labor. Had to be put on pit. With my 2nd, I was put on pit at 8cm even though I was progressing fine. (That stuff SUCKS)

    This one I'll just wait at home as LONG as I can even if it means having a home baby. Having a home baby scares me, but at the same time it'd be better than going to a crappy hospital and being put on pit regardless of my progress.

    first 36 wk 4 days 24+ hours of labor

    second 40 weeks 7-8 hrs of labor

    My midwife says the labor is the fastest with the 2nd but they don't always come earlier

    1st was 35 weeks 

    2nd was 38 weeks

    3rd I am 37 weeks today and no progress at all.

     (I do take P17 shots so that might have something to do with it)

    My first was induced at 39w1d (I was already 4cm/80% when I went in).

    My second, I went on my own at 38w1d.

    I'm getting a bit nervous for this one. I need more than a week to tie up some loose ends!

    No, sorry know that isnt what you were hoping to hear.

    Well my first two were born at 37 weeks 2 days. I'm 38 weeks today so who knows when he'll make his appearance. I was convinced  I would go earlier with him, but I guess not.

    My sister ended up being induced a week late with her second and was a few days early with her first.

    I was a week early with DS. We'll see when I go with DD. I;m already having random conrtactions and I was treated at L&D for PTL at 33wks.
