My usual waking/temping time is 5:45 but this morning I woke up at 5:20 and laid in bed. My friend texted me at 5:30, which I responded but continued to lay in bed. At 5:45 I took my temp and it was sky high but I'm trying to figure out the calculation of subtracting a certain amount of degrees for every certain amount of minutes.
Can someone help me with that?
Re: Temping Question: What's that calculation?
I think that only works when you're waking time is different, not when you've been awake for a while, kwim?
The basic calculation, though is .1 for every 30 minutes. Subtract if you woke up late, add if you woke up early.
Next time, I'd go ahead and temp at 5:20 and then add .1 I use this site to do the math for me when I need it.
Ahhhhhh, I see. Thanks so much! You rock.
I might have to just discard this temp and wait until tomorrow.
