Back from 37 wk appt

For once, it was all good news and what I expected.  Baby dropped so belly is measuring 35 wks which puts me at 0 station.  I dialated a tiny bit from my last internal to 2.5 and my effacement has progressed to 50%.  I still didn't gain any weight from my last appt, but I am literally forcing myself to eat cause I am so full on all the fluids I have been drinking (Anyone else have an uncontrollable thirst at this point?) I have drank 32 oz water, 12 oz tea, 8 oz milk and 12 oz coffee and I have not even been awake for 4 hours.  I feel like I am going to float away.  My urine was free of protein and sugar this time which is reassuring since I did not want to have to redo my glucose screen again this close to delivery. 

On a funny and slightly painful note, when I gave my urine sample, I used one of the wipes before peeing in the cup and they were rubbing alcohol pads used on the skin before a shot is given.  Can we say the lady bits were on fire for a bit? LOL.  I never want to relive that again.
