Job ideas?? Need a change!

I think I have run my course in my current position...I'm currently working for a non profit at a shelter for at risk youth. I feel like I am done in the non-profit feild but have no idea where to start looking in other feilds, or even what kind of work I am qualified for. My degree is liberal studies/sociology and working for the county juvenile department and this agency is the only type of experience I have. It's all about the love for helping these kids, but I am also feeling like there is no potential for growth.

Help! Any ideas??
