Goes something like this:
5:00/5:30ish he wakes up from a nap and eats
5:30ish we do naked baby time/play time/tummy time in his room for about an hour
6:30ish bath time which takes about 10min
6:45ish baby message/pjs/swaddle
7:00ish I turn off the lights in his room, turn on the mobile/projector thing and nurse him to sleep or give him a 2oz bottle if he is fighting at the breast too much (he is bottle fed for the most part)
He is usually asleep by 7:15 and sleeps till 12:30
We're not on a consistent time schedule yet, but around his evening feeding we always do bath, jammies, and bottle and he always falls asleep right after the bottle and sleeps for his long stretch (about 5 hrs.)
My baby is 16 weeks old. Around 5:30pm we give her a bath, baby massage and a long nurse (20 minutes) and then into the crib. The whole process takes no more than 40 minutes, including the feeding. She sleeps until 7:00am the next day. It took a few days to get her used to the routine but it has been absolutely invaluable since then. She knows it's time to sleep after her feed and typically goes straight down, or complains for five to ten minutes and then drops off to sleep.
When I get home from work (6:30ish) I will nurse her, play and hang with dad, maybe take a cat nap in the swing while DH and I eat dinner. Then about 7:30or so we do bath/massage, maybe a little more snuggle time with dad, then she does her final nurse which can last anywhere from 15 min to 45 min depending on if she wants to comfort nurse for a while. We usually try and put her down drowsy but awake, but some nights she just falls asleep while we burp and rock her. She's down around 9pm and sleeps til about 5am-ish. We will nurse and she goes back down until about 7:45am

Bath, bottle, bed. We put him down drowsy, but awake. Works great for us.
ETA: he sleeps for 5-6 hours, wakes once, then back out until 7-8 am.
