  I have not actually taken it but 2 of my friends have.  I was going to try it once I stopped breastfeeding.  They both absolutely love it.  They say they are never hungry and they are full of energy.  One of them has a hard time sleeping because of it but she continues to take it.

  I used it abuot a year ago. I did like it, I lost about 20 pounds. But when you stop taking it, it can be easy to get your appetite back. It makes it so you are not as hungry. You eat almost half of what you ate before, and it seems to make you want less bad stuff.

  That being said, it is not really the safest thing and really if you have no other options maybe to it. Honestly the best thing is just watch what you eat and exercise.

  Love it! I took it for 6 months and lost a ton of weight. I will be taking it again once im done BF...can't wait!
