My DH has to put his "junk" in a cup. What type of treatment do they have with men for slow sperm, etc.  We never had to go through this with my first baby. Are their vitamins that my DH can take to get healthy sperm, or are we going to have to do IUI or IVF if something is wrong with his sperm

Re: Question about Sperm analysis
Just because you got pregnant easy the first time does not mean you can't have secondary infertility. If you lurk on this board you will find it's not all that uncommon. With that said it's not automatically YH's "junk" causing the problem, if you have not even had the SA done yet. It could also be "unexplained" secondary infertility - and there are tons of gals on here with that too.
AFTER saying all that...Yes, there are pills your DH can take to help if his motility, or count is bad. Some DH's have taken vitamins (my DH is on Fertility Blend for Men that you can get at a GNC store or online; cheapest is iHerb.com), some DH's have been given clomid (yes for men too). BUT even if one of these helps YH's numbers they still may have to do IUI or IVF.
You can look at my profile to see how my DH's numbers improved greatly on the vitamins but it's been seven months on them and still nothing. We are planning on IUI in March/April to deal with MFI. GL to your DH on his SA.

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.

I thought this was a good article about foods and nutrients to help spermies.
