if you snore..

i'm one of the lucky ones who snores during pregnancy- dh said it has really increased in the past few weeks (fabulous). last night, in particular, he said it was borderline offensive and suggested that i put one of those breathe right strips on my nose to relieve some of the noise.  has anyone used these during pregnancy?  i'll have to put a call into my ob to be sure they're ok, but i think it's just glue?

Re: if you snore..

  • I have not used them but I know I have been snoring like a BEAR! My OB said they are safe to use as well.  It has just recently picked up, this little cold doesn't help either. My BF actually woke me up and asked if I was ok because he said it sounded like I was choking! LOL great..I blame all this snot! I am trying to make it threw these last few weeks but I might buy some just so he can sleep. I dont even know if they will help!

  • I guess Im a lucky one too! My hubby said the same thing that it has increased the last couple weeks. Poor guy has to fall asleep before me or he gets no sleep at night! We actually tried the breathe right strips & they did nothing for us unfortunately :( I also have a nasty cold though, so that might be why! Hopefully they work for you!
  • I started snoring last week. Super awesome. DH thinks it is hilarious as I harass him for snoring all the time. I think that I will try the strips as well.

  • breathright do not have medication in them so I do not think there's an issue with them.

As for the snoring H tells me that when I sleep on my left I snore but on the right I'm quiet.

  • This mad eme crack up because DH says I have been snoring and I just can't believe it! He snores terribly sometimes and he says maybe it's really me I'm hearing and I'm just blaming him, haha! Some of the Breathe right strips do have medication so check for the ones that don't. My kids use them when they are stuffy and they love them. I tried them once and didn't like them. That's another thing I am looking forward to when I'm no longer pregnant....being able to breathe!
