Silly DH

My DH has been amazing during this whole IVF process. He has kept me laughing and thinking positive.

Yesterday at our ET the RE had a doorbell that he gave DH to ring on his command signaling the embryologist to bring the embryo's to the room. The RE hands DH the doorbell thingy & DH says "well this isn't my normal method of delivery, but okay" I started laughing so hard my RE had to reposition the speculum.

Today we went out for lunch and there were 2 "expectant parent" parking spots open. DH insisted that we could park there because technically I'm pregnant. For the record I didn't park in the spots. Silly DH!

Tell me what your DH does to make you laugh and help you through this rough road that is IF.

    Aw!!!!  Luv it!  I was laughing so hard at the news article that clowns improve success rates for IVF that dh told me he would dress up as one at our transfer :)
    Me - Hypothyroidism & Endometriosis
    DH - Low Testosterone (but normal SA)
    December 2008 - Pregnancy Loss @ 17 1/2 weeks (Trisomy 18)
    September 2009 - HSG all clear!
    April & May 2010 - 2 Failed IUI's
    August 2010 - Laparosocopy - all endo adhesions removed!
    1st IVF cycle - January 2011 - BFN
    FET#1 - April 2011 - BFN
    FET#2 - June 2011 - BFN

    OMG, I read that article and it freaked me out. I think clowns are creepy, but DH dressed up as one at the transfer is hilarious! Can you imagine the RE's face?!

    That's sweet MrsLoos:)  I read the article about the clowns...it would probably freak me out if I seen a bunch of clowns in the ET room!

    Aww I'm glad YH can keep you laughin! DH constantly keeps me laughing. At our first IUI after my DH came back in the waiting room after making his deposit, and quite loudly says "well that was easy". I couldn't stop laughing. The second day of our IUI as soon as the nurse walked out of the room after doing the IUI my DH let's out a huge fart. I was soooo embarassed but couldn't stop laughing. And he was like " whaaaat? I'm sorry I'm gassssy". It was flippin hilarious. Then he says " well at least I waited until the nurse left!" I could of died!

    IVF #1: 4-11-11= Transferred 1 beautiful blastocyst I named "Nugget"
    5 Snowbabies! Beta#1 4/21= BFP! 226; Beta#2 4/25= 944
    DS born 12/14/11

    Baby #2 FET Nov/Dec 2013

    12/13 Beta#1=BFP 349; 12/16 Beta#2=1,089. First ultrasound 12/26. DS#2 born 8/8/14
