  I just saw that too and it really didn't surprise me!  I mean, she was just arrested, what 2 weeks ago for pot?!  What a great mom!

  I follow the series, thanks to DVR But when i saw her 16 & Pregnant episode i was really hoping that she wouldn't make it on to Teen Mom 2. Lo and behold she did. Just from the first two episodes you can tell she really does NOT care. She told the lawyer in the last episode that she smoked pot and understood the effects that would have on her son, which is why she was going to stop smoking it after her son was old enough to realize what it was. WTH?! Who says that?! She deserved to lose custody of her son, she just isn't ready to be a mom.

  She didn't lose custody...she VOLUNTARILY signed it over to her mother its in the previews of this weeks episode.  Honestly it was the best thing she could have done for that kid...

  Yeah, I was going to say something really similar.  I mean, what kind of brilliant person must you be to announce on television that you smoke pot?  This really caught me off guard; I mean, it wasn't as if I was really surprised that she smoked (she has looked super-baked on the show a few times).  It was just the fact that she thought it was ok to tell everyone.  What a DA!

  Did anyone see the episode where she was giving Jace a bath and told him to sit because she had to run into his room to get him a towel?  She left him in the tub alone!!!  I was floored to see that!  I'm glad her mom's fighting her for custody because she is totally an unfit parent but I don't think the mom's too much better.  God help that little boy!

  I was floored by that also.  But, it reminded me of the girl from the orginal Teen Mom who always left her daughter on the kitchen counter or alone on her high bed.  I cringe just thinking about them falling down.
