I need a new haircut...help!

I have a hair appt coming up and I don't know what to do, I always panic and end up getting the same old boring haircut. I have VERY thick hair, with some wave to it, shoulder length. I usually just get layers but I really want to do something different.

Anyone with thick hair have a style that they love? I was looking at celebrity styles but haven't found anything yet...

    i think A-line hair cuts are cute! that where they are a little longer in the front and taper back to shorter. I know a few ladies with super thick hair and this style looks amazing on them!

    I think bobs (like the pic above) are SO cute! I do not have the texture (curly) or the guts to try it. I usually looke through magazines when I want to chenage my hair color/style. Good luck!

    I like this look, and I've had it before but I have a round face and this cut makes me look chubby. I like this style, but I think my hair is to thick to pull it off without looking like a big pouf

    lol! i hear ya! i agree you have to have the right kind of face to pull off some hair cuts! I put this one up because i think i might want to try it! im super conservative with my hair, i usually pull it back in a pony and call it good, so i dont know how i would cope with short hair like that! Sometimes i think i should just go to a trusted salon and say gimme a cute cut that looks good with the shape of my face! SCARY!! good luck making a decision! remember hair grows!!:)
