Anyone use Body Shop products?

I recently started using some of their face wash and moisturizer and I LOVE it.  DS has had eczema for 1.5 years now and I was thinking about trying some of their baby line.  Anyone have any experience with it?

  • As in The Body Shop - based in the UK?  If so, then yes, I love it and something from their is on my Christmas wish list every year.

I've not tried anything from their baby line - we don't have great access to it the closest one is about 100 miles from here!!

  • I use to work there, and I loved how the baby products smelled. So baby-like :)

From what I heard from customers, the bath wash was okay as was the lotion, but the body butter tended to not absorb well, and even peeled off after being applied. I liked that they had no parabens, which is something only some of the Body Shop products can say.

Was it this Buriti Baby stuff?  It says it is new. If it is the same stuff, it doesn't sound like it would be worth the price.

I had a Groupon from The Body Shop so I went in to get my lip gloss (love the one from there-used it for YEARS). I had $10 left over so I thought I would try the Buriti baby body wash and we love it. The first time I used it even DH commented on how nice it smelt.  It is gentle and DS hasn't had any problems.  It isn't cheap but it suds up so well that you don't need much.  We've had it for months and still half just less than half the bottle left despite DS having a bath every day.

Yup, the Buriti Baby. If you got anything, I'd recommend the body wash.
