Superbowl baby?

Well my little guy isn't progressing. Doctor says I will most likely go past my due date which is February 1st. EVERYONE in my family swears he's going to come on Superbowl Sunday and we'll have to watch the game in the hospital. (We are die hard Packer fans.) I really hope he's not in there plotting to make his debut just to interrupt our party we're having.

I'm not saying I wouldn't love to see him! Just not on that particular day.  Stick out tongue

    AH my due date is the day after the super bowl and we live 20 min from pittsburgh haha

    At first I wanted her to come out during the super bowl... now I'm a little torn, I want all the attention on my during labor, and all the attention on her after, but I want to make everyone mad by delivering during the super bowl! I CAN'T DECIDE! haha

    LOL we are worried too (first daughter came early) but we're on the other side - Steelers fans :)

    I made my husband promise if we end up delivering that weekend that he won't leave me alone in my room to watch the game by myself. That would just be too lonely! He (somewhat reluctantly) agreed.

    I told my boyfriend the same thing! That he better be in that room with me, and not sitting with my dad out in the waiting room watching the game.

    But if I do happen to go that day, I'll be in the Packer spirit. We are planning on painting a big "G" on my belly. Stick out tongue

    last year, everyone said that Aidan came early because he wanted to listen to the superbowl.  We watched part of the 1st quarter then headed to the NICU to do our hands on time and tell him how the game was going. Too bad the Colts didn't have a better outcome.

    My boss was due the day after Super Bowl last year - and she ended up having her LO on Super Bowl Sunday...they watched the game while she was in labor : ) I thought it was pretty cool!

    Living in the DFW area and having to pass the stadium in order to get to he hospital is going to be a REAL big issue if he decides to come on superbowl sunday! Lets just hope he comes the day before or the day after....

    I would love to have a Super Bowl baby.  Born & raised in Pittsburgh and huge Steeler fan!!  I think that watching the game would somewhat distract me from the pain, etc.

    There is a UFC fight on the 5th, superbowl on the 6th, and then LO on the 7th.  DH says is going to be an ALL STAR WEEKEND!  :)
