My baby had bronchialitis, and the pedi said it was contagious, so I was SUPER careful to try not to let my other little guy get it..... the only thing I didn't do was assign one breast to each baby strictly. Do you think they can get each other sick by sharing breasts, and if so, how do you prevent this? I don't want to have to assign a boob, since one is a much better eater than the other, but I guess if that's the only way.... I mean they are coughing and sneezing on my boobs at every meal

Don't know why it didn't occur to me sooner that this is probalby how the other got sick.

Re: Spreading germs by sharing breasts?
just wipe down your breasts... there is only so much you can do...
FWIW - one of my twins had RSV last January - they were 6mo old... the other never got it- and at that age they were drooling and slobbering on everything- it was impossible to keep the germs away from each other - yet, one never got it (nor did my older child).
same thing happened last week - Gibby got bronchitis - Gray never did.
