I am trying to eat healthier meals and to eat earlier but there are two days a week that I don't usually get home until about 9p. On Tuesdays I am at church for choir practice and on Thursdays I have class. There is really not a opportunity for me to eat earlier on either day unless I eat around 4p. I am open for suggestions on ways to combat this. I will say that it is okay for me to eat during class but I still need healthy, transportable ideas.

Wish I could help. That seems to be one of my battles too. I have been eating at the school before class at 6, however, it does help that I work here and don't have to drive.
