  I'm sorry:( I also got headaches on it. I think they are caused by the low estrogen levels Clomid causes. Feel better!

  IUIs #1-3 (1x unmedicated, 2x Clomid) = 2 BFNs, 1 m/c at 7w3d
  

  IUIs #4-6 (injects) = 3 BFNs
  IVF #1 = BFN
  FET #1 = BFN
  FET #2 = BFN
  IVF #2 = BFP, b/g twins lost at 20w due to partial abruption/PPROM
  IVF #3 = c/p 5w2d
  Long-shot Clomid/Prednisone cycle before next IVF = BFP, our beautiful, healthy girl born 6/26/13!

  FET #3 - May/June 2014 - all embryos arrested before xfer - back to the drawing board...

  my first cycle of Clomid was 50 mg, and it sucked so bad, i had headaches, floaters in vision, hot flashes, i hated it

  my second cycle was 100 mg, and zero side effects

  That's weird that the larger dose yielded less side effects.  I'm pretty certain I was having a hot flash this morning.

  When I was on Clomid 100mg, I had realllly bad headaches for the first few days.  It was unbearable.  Hope yours subside soon.

  11/10: IUI #1 =100mg Clomid CD4-8 + pregnyl trigger + IUI = chemical pregnancy
  1/11: IUI #2 = 5mg Femara + trigger + IUI = BFN
  2/11: IUI #3 = injectibles + trigger + IUI = BFN
  IVF #1 April 2011 ER 4/23 w/16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fert., 4 blasts to freeze, 5dt of 2 blasts on 4/28, beta #1 5/7 = 243... beta #2 5/9 = 491....beta #3 5/11 = 1113!!

  I'm sorry you have a headache. I got a headache both times I took 50 mg of clomid but it was always a day or two after I took my last pill. I also get hot flashes in my sleep the week after taking the pills. I hope your headache goes away soon.

  I did, but only at high doses. I'm sorry--they're miserable!

  Trying to grow our family with both fertility treatments and adoption since March 2009

  The good thing is that the side effects go away right after you stop taking the Clomid (at least that is what my RE said, and what happened to me).

  Yes, I agree.  Last cycle, my headaches pretty much stopped the day after I stopped taking the pills. These hot flashes are new this month.  How fun!

  I hope your headaches go away soon! They really are miserable. If you go to a chiropractor, they can usually help relieve the headache for me (for a little while at least).

  Im on my 3rd cycle of IUI and always after the first night (but only after the first night) I have a terrible headache.. its awful though! Through the first cycle I had hot flashes, but not too bad now. I hope it gets better for you!
