I have a Gemini and I really like it. I didn't care for the internal harness system in the Butterfly--I like having baby boy (7 months) snuggled right up close to me. He feels secure in all of the carries (though getting him into the back carries took a little while to get used to). The Gemini feels good on me (I'm pretty petite so it's hard to find things that fit right) and I don't feel the baby's weight at all.
I have the Gemini because I liked the option of crossing the straps. It just seemed more comfortable to me. Also, you have the option of the forward facing carry, which you don't with the Butterfly.
However, I hear the Butterfly is better for a back carry. As I have some back issues, I probably won't be carrying LO when she's big enough for for a back carry anyway.
I did the Gemini since LO can face forward and see everything with that one, whereas the Butterfly II can't face out. I love how simple it is to put on and DD feels very secure in it and she definitely is comfortable! I haven't done the back carry since she is only going to be 3 months, so I can't comment on how that works.
