Had a surprise 3d/4d ultrasound yesterday!

How fun! We (my business partner and I) hosted a small open house type event for expectant parents and it was held at a 3d ultrasound place. The owner asked if I wanted to take a peek when it was over and of course I said yes! So it was me and about 8 other women/business owners who had participated in the event watching. I didnt mind the audience though.

She is obviously bigger than the recommended time to get this done so we werent able to see as well as we would have. There were no perfect shots of her face but from all of the angles, we were able to see all of her face and kind of put it together. She is so pretty!! I also wanted to check to make sure she is definitely a girl because I've been a little worried recently that she will end up being a boy and we dont have any boy names picked out plus I gave away my boy clothes. Unfortunately, she is too crammed in there to see so we'll just have to trust our previous ultrasounds and wait for D-day!

It was so fun to see her little face and imagine her all snuggled into me once she gets here.

The biggest surprise was that from this ultrasound, it looked like she didnt have any hair. At my last ultrasound at 28 weeks, the tech said she had "locks" of hair and my son had a lot of hair as well so I'm interested to see who was right!
