how do you elevate mattress once they're moving around?

All 3 of my babies are sick - really snotty and cranky. I want to elevate their crib mattresses b/c I'm sure part of the reason for their nap boycotts is that it hurts to lay flat. But when they move around so much in their sleep, how can I make sure that their heads stay at the elevated end? I don't want them to end up the other direction and get even more snotty.

    It is tough and there is only so much you can do. I would use a rolled up towel and lay him down with his head pretty far up on the eleveated side so hopefully he would stay that way. GL! That was us last winter (Hayden was about the triplets age at this time last year).

    What I did when I mine had a cold and was starting to get pretty mobile in the crib was...I put a regular pillow under the sheet...this way his head was elevated but if he moved down or off the pillow he couldn't cover his face with the pillow because it's under his sheet...does that make sense?? Hope this helps...
