Sore throat remedy during pregnancy?

Hi Ladies!

Does anyone have any sore throat remedies for a pregnant person? There doesn't seem like there are many meds you can take, so any advice would be great!

Hot water with lots of lemon juice and honey is my fav natural sore throat remedy. Or Ricolas if I'm out.
