Please help us with our baby boy's name

My husband and I are having the hardest time coming up with a name for our baby boy. Tell me what you think of what we have come up with so far.

Maxwell Robert (DH's middle name family tradition)

Holden Robert

Garrison (My mothers maiden name) Robert

Fisher Robert

Baker (My Grandmothers maiden name) Robert

We are open for any suggestions, or ideas we aren't 100% set on the middle name being Robert so that is up in the air as well.

I love Garrison! An added bonus is that it is a family name. That is, by far, my favorite on your list.

Fisher and Holden are just okay.

I don't like Maxwell at all.

I think Baker is horrible for a first name.

I really like Maxwell, and I love Holden. Garrison is also a nice choice.

Baker and Fisher are trying too hard to be trendy, though, IMO. It's cool that Baker has meaning to your family, but the surname-as-FN trend doesn't work as well for this choice.

I vote for Holden.

I like: Maxwell Robert & Garrison Robert

I don't care for: Fisher & Baker

I really like Holden, I wanted to name our LO that but then I realized that it actually rhymes with our last name so we had to look for something else.

Agreed. Holden would be ok, I guess, as long as you have at least a passing familiarity with J.D. Salinger and don't mind the Catcher in the Rye association(one of the few books in highschool required reading that I couldn't bring myself to finish).
