How does your LO react to meat? We tried chicken last week (beech nut stage 1) and he gagged sooo bad. Tonight we tried turkey and the same thing, he even had trouble catching his breath he gagged so bad.

    haven't tried it yet.  Will be trying when he is 8 months old.  He has food sensitivities- so we have to go very "by the book"

    DD loves ground turkey. We don't do meat purees though, just little bites of the regular stuff.

    I hadn't given him meat yet, but he's been at my parents for longer than expected, so my dad went out and got some baby food. He told me he gave him turkey and veggies for dinner last night and he couldn't eat it fast enough. So apparently DS is a big fan of pureed meat. Yummy!

    I'm finding that DD likes the ones better that are a mix of veg/fruit and meat.  Today she had Gerber Apples & Chicken Stage 2 and couldn't get enough.

    We've given Liam strips of chicken, and he's done great with it.
