I have seen plenty of pregnant women in my spin classes but I haven't
been able to spin for a little over a week because I have had a head
cold. I am 4weeks along and was told that if you were doing it before
your were pregnant it is safe to continue. Do you think taking 1-2
weeks off from spinning is too long for me to go back? I have been
trying to walk in the mean time to get some activity.

Re: Spinning
I didn't doing any exercise (besides the elliptical and light weights) for 3 weeks before conception through 6weeks of my pregnancy due to Dr's orders and I have no problem adjusting back into spinning and aerobics classes (at 6 weeks) and running (at 10 weeks).
Just listen to your body and go slowly at first if needed.
Congrats and Good Luck!
You should be fine. I started spinning when I was pg. I had never done it before but was in good physical shape. I needed another form of cardio since I couldn't run as much as I did pre-preg.
Take it slow and you should be ok.
No, you're fine. I did spinning until late in the third trimester, when it was no longer comfortable to sit on a bike.
