just showed up a week early...

Pregnancy brain strikes again! DH and I just drove 25 minutes to a friends house to meet up with our old small group. As soon as we turned the corner, late of course and of course hadn't exchanged words over being late, we saw that there weren't any cars. Quick check of facebook messages and we were a week early. I am awesome.

    If it makes you feel any better, I just had a PG brain experience myself.  I needed to go to Walmart in town (20 minutes away).  As I was heading out to my car I reminded myself that my wallet was in DH's car.  I proceeded to walk straight to my car and drive to Walmart, shop the whole store, go through the check-out line and scanning, and THEN realize that I never got my wallet.  I had to have her save it all for me, drive home for the wallet, and go back.  It took up my entire afternoon and I looked like an idiot!

    I must have it too... I read "just showed up a week early..."  then "Pregnancy brain" then just skipped down to see what week of pregnancy you were in.

    I thought - "oh!  Pregnancy brain must start at 18 weeks!" Geeked

    Exactly what I did! lol

    I've done some pretty odd stuff lately, but none as good as that :) At least you have another date night coming up soon - minus the store trip.

    better than my snafu - went to a kids birthday party (all decked out in our party clothes) and we missed it...it was the day before.  i felt like such an idiot.  oops!
