I'm looking into doing this, but I don't want to mess with my milk supply. I know you get more points for breastfeeding, but what about breastfeeding multiples?
Did you like it? Did your milk supply suffer? TIA!
I did and my milk supply didn't suffer. I didn't nurse multis but the point of WW isn't that you eat less, its that you eat more probably - just better stuff.
I did it, and yes, you get more points for being a "breastfeeder". I never had much of a milk supply, so I can really say one way or the other if WW had anything to do with my amounts. I don't think I started it for a few months after Bennett was born, and I just never had much milk at all. Hoping my boobies work this time around!!

I started WW when they were 3 months and my supply tanked. I had been EP for them and doing great and then all of a sudden about a week into WW it tanked. Some may say they are not connected, but that is the only thing I can pinpoint that changed in that time. You don't get more points for BF multiples, I asked my leader and she said it didn't matter if you BF 1 or 10.

Re: Anyone do Weight Watchers While Breastfeeding (Multiples a plus)
I could pump 80oz a day both on and off WW.
