Anyone NOT married but living with LO's dad?? Who gets to claim the child? Helppppppppppppp! :)

    Either or..thats up to you.  If you do your own taxes, each of you add him as a "test return" to see who gets more for claiming him so you can get the most out of it.

    I am claiming DS this year because DF is deployed and didn't pay any taxes last year, so he's not getting anything back.

    If you live together and are OK with it---This! Before we were married, I claimed the boys and got a bunch back (I made significantly less than him)...
